The building is perfectly located at the top of the hill above Marina Veruda, in a tourist resort called Pješčana uvala, 4 km south of Pula, a 3000-year old Roman town.

Villa Alexandra is a building with holiday flats for 2 to 6 people, very close to the beach (100 metres) and Marina Veruda. All flats with modern equipment (40 – 100 m2, kitchen, SAT-TV, microwave oven, coffee machine,..) have air conditioning and central heating in winter. From the terrace of the flat you will be able to enjoy a magnificent view of the sea.

Pješčana uvala is a kind Istrian tourist town, with a true Mediterranean soul and quality cuisine, mainly fish and sea food dishes. In the vicinity there are tourist resorts such as Medulin, Banjole, Vinkuran, and Premantura with the famous cape of Kamenjak, protected as a natural park. In the north there are the Brioni Islands with a park and the oldest golf course in Europe.
