Terms and Conditions for Restaurant and Pizzeria Kotnik

Ordering: Orders can be placed via phone, email, or in-person at the restaurant. A confirmed order is considered valid and binding.

Prices and Payment: Prices of dishes are listed in the menu and include VAT. Payment can be made in cash, by credit cards, or other accepted payment methods.

Services: We guarantee high-quality food, friendly service, and a pleasant atmosphere in our restaurant. In case of any dissatisfaction or complaints, please inform us, and we will strive to resolve the issue. Contact: anja.oman@hotel-kotnik.si.

Liability: Restaurant Kotnik is not responsible for any damages, losses, or theft of guests' personal belongings. We also do not assume liability for any food allergies or reactions if the guest has not properly informed us about their allergies.

Cancellation and Changes: We reserve the right to cancel or make changes to orders if there are objective reasons for doing so, such as ingredient shortages or technical difficulties.
